Here is my first instalment of my “48 Hours In..” series, where I will be touching base with a few of my favourite spots throughout this majestical world.

Of course, some idea’s will not be for everyone - but if there are any type of local and hidden culinary delicacies, I will outright try present what the mind is chasing.

Featuring some of my favourite spots across Bridge City, coffee and early day visits to the likes of Grey Roasting Co, Rocket Coffee, Casabella Lane and Soul Bowl, through to the late evening wining and dining opportunities of Hayes Common, Amphora, Mr Pickles, Hamilton Hotel and Wonderhorse.
